生年不明〜没年不明
大崎家12代当主・大崎義隆の二男。七兵衛。天正十八年（1590）の奥羽仕置により大崎家が改易処分を受けると、兄の大崎義成とともに伯父である最上義光に仕えて、三百石あるいは三百五十石を領した。最上家改易後は、盛岡藩南部家に仕えた。
