来るのは大大変、
ランチ終り、整形外科へ行った。
雪道なので時間もかかる。
ジャイの日の料理つくり始めたが、仲々大変。
チャトーニーとピクルスは作ったけど、後8品。
今回の料理はほとんどがマスタード
オイル(ティルカテール)使うので金は
かかるが、香りのいい料理だ
もう9時すぎたので、ガンバレガンバレ
と気を入れています。
少なくても2品はガンバレ。
